Jacob is the founder and CEO of MedLever and provides overall vision and leadership to the team.

Prior to MedLever, Jacob served in software leadership at Elekta and IMPAC Medical Systems, where he held positions in product management, marketing and general management. Jacob has a clinical physics and cancer center management background with 25+ years of overall experience in cancer care.

Jacob has a B.S. in Physics from Loyola University Chicago, an M.S. in Medical Physics from Rush University Chicago and an MBA with concentrations in Econometrics & Statistics and Finance from the University of Chicago.  He is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiological Physics, Diagnostic Radiological Physics and Medical Nuclear Physics

Sam Sader is responsible for Product Management at MedLever.

Prior to MedLever, Sam played a role in every aspect of the Elekta spectrum of software and service delivery, support, engineering and project management.

Sam was also a product manager at a for-profit startup that leverages mobile and web technology to deliver affordable quality education for struggling communities in Africa and India.

Additionally, as a Product Manager, Sam led enterprise level design, implementation, and successful launching of business process management software. Sam has been part of the oncology industry for almost 10 years.

Sam has a B.S. in Computer Science from Framingham State University and is a certified Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Product Owner & Scrum Master.

 

Erwin is the head of Product Design at MedLever and responsible for overall User Experience (Ux).

Prior to MedLever, Erwin was with Varian Medical Systems, Inc. as the Director of User Experience where he built a world class Ux team from the ground up. Before that he spearheaded clinical-solutions-thinking as the Systems Marketing Manager at Varian. Erwin has 20+ years of experience in the oncology industry in various positions ranging from service to engineering, marketing, product management and Ux.

Erwin has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Technikum Rapperswil in Switzerland and an MBA from John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, Montreal in Canada.

Barbara is responsible for Marketing and Sales Operations at MedLever. 

Prior to MedLever, Barbara worked in oncology-specific software development and market launch roles at Elekta, IMPAC Medical Systems, Altos, and Flatiron Health including positions in product management, market development, marketing, sales, and general management. Barbara has a clinical oncology and ambulatory cancer treatment and bone marrow transplant hospital-based cancer center management background with 20+ years of overall experience in cancer care.  

Barbara has a B.Sc. in Nursing and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is a licensed Registered Nurse and certification as a Hemapheresis Practitioner by the American Society of Clinical Pathology.

 

Chris is head of Finance at MedLever.

Prior to MedLever, Chris worked at Altos Solutions, Inc, an oncology specific electronic medical record software company handling all corporate finance and accounting functions.  She collaborated with leadership teams throughout Altos' growth, streamlined internal procedures and managed due diligence tasks when Altos was acquired in 2014.  Overall, Chris has worked 10 years in the oncology industry.  

For several years before that, she owned her own business providing professional accounting services to a variety of business clients.

Chris has a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Jose State University.

Bill is the head of Platform Operations at MedLever responsible for delivery, support, and the overall customer experience.

Prior to MedLever, Bill was with SunGard Availability Services as Vice President of Service Delivery for SunGard's Managed Recovery Services offering.  During his 20+ years of IT and Operations experience Bill has held senior leadership roles with Silicon Valley Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.  During his time with Oracle, Bill was a key contributor to the strategic development and technical operations of the OnDemand hosting service.

Bill has a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland.

 

John is the head of Alliance and Partner Programs at MedLever responsible for strategic alliances, client and vendor partner relations.

Prior to MedLever, John was with The Oncology Service Services of North Alabama as Director of Technology.  John has 12 years’ experience in Oncology information management and software systems.

During his 18+ years of healthcare related IT and management experience John founded Agile Information Services providing workflow, systems integration, and consulting services to numerous clinical healthcare entities. John was also a founding partner at Systemedx Inc., an EMR and healthcare solutions vendor located in Alabama.  

In addition to numerous IT industry technical and security certifications, John has a B.S. in Information Technology.

Joe is responsible for the North America sales organization.

Joe has nearly 20+ years of experience in radiation oncology IT and medical devices. Prior to MedLever, Joe held various sales roles with increasing levels of responsibility at Elekta and IMPAC Medical Systems.  

Joe has a B.A. in Public Administration from San Diego State University. 

 

Kai Yan is leading the formation of MedLever’s international business entity within the Asia Pacific region that includes Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, India among other countries. 

Prior to MedLever, Kai Yan was responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to grow the APAC software business for Elekta. Kai Yan has a clinical radiotherapy and informatics background with 25+ years of overall experiences in cancer care. 

Kai Yan has a Diploma in Radiotherapy from Singapore Ministry of Health, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic from University of Queensland and Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Informatics from Monash University.
